Portrait from a photo
The artist can make a pastel, oil, acrylic, drawn, or caricature portrait of a person based upon a photo. The photo should be 10 cm X 15 cm, or larger, and preferably a posed studio photo. In addition to the aforementioned photo, it is advisable to also supply the artist with additional photos showing the person in various different situations. The size and technique of the portrait are determined by the customer. The price of the portrait is mutually agreed upon. The customer pays in advance, before the portrait is started, ½ of the total agreed upon amount in cash or with a bank transfer. Upon completion of the portrait, the artist sends, if the customer so desires, a photo of the portrait to the customer by e-mail. Upon payment of the balance of the price of the portrait, the finished portrait itself is sent to the customer, based upon previous mutual agreement, by a courier service or by registered mail, or the portrait can be picked up in person. The customer sees to the framing of the portrait.
The artist has the right to display all completed portraits on his web site, unless the customer has previously, in writing, requested otherwise.
